So I fought and fought with hubby to move Noelle's crib forever.
She stayed in our room for the first year and two weeks and most of the time slept with us in the big bed.
I've HAD IT!!!
So this Saturday I finally got her dad to help me move the crib.
(Future site of crib loation)
We ended up moving the whole room around a bit. It's better I think..
Anyway, the next thing was to train her to actually sleep in the crib.
We did let her cry during the middle of the night.
We set up the child view monitor (a gift from her great uncle).
And we watched her most of the night.
When she sat up in the crib waking up looking around...it looks really sad.
So I took off my glasses and try not to look at her (it's easy because I was SLEEPY..)
But daddy is another story.
I'd wake up and find him sitting in front of the monitor watching Noelle toss and turn.
Or cry.
and he'd come over and tell me what "poor thing" she is.
and go back and watch...as if it's a good movie.
In the morning, he'd rush into her room when I "cleared" him.
Held up and said in sad crying voice "o my...my baby daughter...poor thing...o daddy missed you"
Daddy has separation anxiety....more than Noelle........-_-||
SO WHEN CAN I GET A FULL NIGHT SLEEP WITHOUT THESE CLINGY CREATURES?!
