Mommy needs to pick up aunt Jean tonight at the SFO airport.
Therefore, she asked me to write daddy an email.
So that he know, how EXACTLY my night will go.
Here goes:
Hi Daddy,
I'm very happy to be spending the evening alone with you. Normally when mommy takes care of me, the night goes like this:
1. After we get home, she'll turn on the warm water to wash my dirty feet and hands. After that, she wipes my face clean as well.
2. After that, she'll take me to my room and change my diaper. While I have my legs out, she'll put on lotion for me. I scratch like crazy if I don't get lotioned up!
3. I can wear the same cloth after that, if it's not going to make the places I step on dirty. If my socks are too dirty, please take them off.
4. I can play until about 6, then I need to sit down and eat.
5. Mommy says I can eat the porridge that's in the fridge. Just microwave it for a minute. If you don't think it'll be a successful feed with it, you can try the yogurt with the rest of the yam that's in the fridge. Please warm the yam if possible-- yogurt is already cold. Give me warm water to drink as well, please!
6. After that, I can play some more. I DON'T need another milk feeding. Unless I didn't eat ANYTHING for dinner.
7. By 6:45, please take me upstairs and use the little wash cloth to wipe my hands and mouth again. I know I'll make a mess.
8. By around 7, please change my diaper again.
9. Take off my cloth, leaving the onesies on, and change me into my PJ. The PJ is on the second level of the changing table. The blue one that zips up.
10. After that, please read me "Sweet Dreams Mimi" on the green chair. You can ask me where's Mimi and "tutu (rabbit)" on each of the page and I'll point them out to you. I nod when I get them right too.
11. After reading the book, take me to the humidifier and I will turn it on myself.
12. Then I will help close the door and switch off the light. Make sure the pacifier is there when you get back to my crib.
13. Mommy turns on the music for me when she rocks me to sleep. After the music is done, please switch it off and put me in the crib.
14. You can just tell me good night and walk out of the door. I will be quiet and go to sleep then.
Mommy knows it's a long list but she just want to make sure she gets to EVERY SINGLE DETAIL. Mommy knows you want to know those details.
