This is a pummelo peel on top of Noelle's hat.
Those of you who's shocked at this, I'm sorry.
Those from Taiwan/China might feel quite at home with it though.
I remember how we always wear the skin on top of our head after pummelo got peeled.
Noelle enjoyed it!
Ok at first she was terrified by it and kept saying "mo!! mo!!" which means no no...
I enjoy torturing her sometimes haha...
