So that I don't feel just like a mother at all times.

My sister Jean and I went to the Robert Mondovi Center
in her school last night and
enjoyed a night with really fantastic music program

The program was divided into two session.
First it was the Chamber Chorus singing two pieces.
I guess you can say that my "level" just wasn't up there...
I was lucky that I didn't fall asleep for those.
Even though they did a really good job.

The second part was the main program
where the University Chorus, Alumni Chorus, and the UC Davis Symphony Orchestra
joined forces to deliver this really powerful piece: Carl Orff: Carmina Burana

While the Symphony Orchestra was getting ready...

The whole "enchilada"...I was speechless at this point.

The comment Jean and I had after watching that were:

1. This kind of program was one of the best things in life that we could experience.
2. We are really looking forward to our Aida play in the Music Circus in July.
3. We want to go watch "Oklahoma" that will be playing in UCD later this month.
4. Though we didn't park that far...our shoes were killing us....

Ah.....thank you God for this wonderful experience.
And thank you Jean for buying my tickets haha...
