Chinese always say that being a parent is like being horse and cattle to their kids.

Well, it can't be more true sometimes as Noelle's father demonstrated last night.

He loves singing "Horsie horsie on your way" to Noelle and Noelle,
as you can see, didn't want to move much.

This is a pummelo peel on top of Noelle's hat.

Those of you who's shocked at this, I'm sorry.
Those from Taiwan/China might feel quite at home with it though.

Well, it was the cone that was set on the football field where we went for a flagfoot ball event.

老爺昨天晚上匆匆由北卡夏綠蒂﹐在轉飛台灣的途中﹐停機在舊金山來看我。
他只停了兩個小時﹐和Dada﹐媽媽﹐大姨與我吃了一頓飯而以。

Every Friday I'd take Noelle to fellowship at Margaret and Song's house.
Margaret's daughter, Christine, is my dearest God daughter.
And her son, Luke, is Noelle's playmate.

In my family tradition. We don't call mother's father 阿公 or 公公,
We call him 老爺, and we call mother's mom 姥姥 (I know how much my mom hates that hahaha..)

Well, 老爺 is going to make a quick stop for a few hours either on the 8th or the 9th of Feb.
at the SFO airport while travelling back to Taiwan on his business trip.

Today is the second day of Chinese New Year, the year of dog.
